What to Expect from a Professional Vehicle Graphics Installation

If you've never had vehicle graphics professionally installed before, you might not know quite what to expect. The process is straightforward, but understanding what's involved helps you prepare your vehicle, set realistic timescales, and get the best possible result.

Step 1: Design and Proof

Before anything goes on your vehicle, we'll work with you on the design. This involves discussing your requirements, producing artwork, and presenting a digital mockup so you can see exactly how the finished graphics will look. This stage may involve a few rounds of revisions to get the design just right.

Step 2: Vehicle Preparation

On the day of installation, the vehicle needs to be clean, dry, and free of wax or contaminants. Any surface residue, existing stickers, or old graphics will need to be removed first. We carry out a thorough clean and preparation process before any vinyl is applied.

Step 3: Application

Our experienced fitters work methodically to apply vinyl panels or cut graphics to the vehicle. Larger wraps may require heat application and careful manipulation around curves, handles, and body lines. Timescales vary depending on complexity — a simple van lettering job might take a couple of hours, while a full wrap could take a full day or more.

Step 4: Quality Check and Handover

Once complete, we inspect every panel for bubbles, lifting edges, or alignment issues. We'll walk you through the completed job and advise on aftercare to ensure maximum longevity.
