These terms govern your use of vectoredge.co.uk and any order you place with Vector Edge. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Vector Edge is a vehicle graphics, signage, and branded merchandise business based in Ruislip, West London (HA4). We operate online and in person. Contact us at support@vectoredge.co.uk or call 07459 100361.

2. Orders

By placing an order with Vector Edge you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if an error has occurred in pricing. Production does not begin until payment is received and artwork is approved.

3. Custom & Personalised Products

Most of our products are custom-made to your specification. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information, measurements, and artwork submitted. We send design proofs for approval prior to production — please review these carefully, as changes cannot be made after approval without additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, and content created by Vector Edge remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any artwork or logo you supply to us. By supplying artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and you indemnify Vector Edge against any intellectual property claims arising from that artwork.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price payable is the price agreed at the time your order is confirmed.

6. Liability

Vector Edge is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
