Delivery & Shipping

Vector Edge is based in Ruislip, West London. We ship orders across the UK and offer local delivery and professional fitting across London and the South East.

Processing Times

Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 working days from receipt of payment and approved artwork. Custom or bespoke orders may take longer — we will always confirm lead times before production begins.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is via tracked courier (typically Royal Mail or DPD). Delivery is usually within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Free Local Delivery & Fitting

We offer free delivery and professional on-site fitting for customers within our West London service zone. See our Fitting Zones page for coverage details.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address being provided.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@vectoredge.co.uk or call 07459 100361 within 5 working days of the expected delivery date.
