The designer checks your photo has enough pixels for the size before it lets you order it.

Questions worth asking
What edge finish should I choose?
Mirrored keeps the whole photo on the front and reflects the edges round the sides. Image wrap folds a few centimetres of the photo round — good for landscapes. White or black is the clean gallery look.
Is my phone photo good enough?
Usually up to 20 × 30 inches. Upload it and the designer greys out any size it cannot support.
How is it hung?
A sawtooth hanger and bumpers are fitted on the back. One screw or picture hook in the wall.
Can I order more than one of the same?
Yes — set the quantity. For a set of different photos, add each as its own line.
Do you do canvas for businesses?
Yes: reception walls, cafés, showrooms. Ask for a mockup if you want several sizes to match.
