Custom & made-to-order items

The majority of our products — signwriting, custom decals, branded workwear, personalised signs and tags — are made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel, so these items cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind once production has started.

Faulty or incorrect items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@vectoredge.co.uk with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.

Stock items

Any non-personalised stock items may be returned unused within 14 days for a refund; return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations

You can cancel a custom order free of charge before you approve your proof. After proof approval, a charge may apply to cover work already carried out.
