Questions worth asking
What is the difference between cut vinyl and a printed sticker?
Cut vinyl is one colour of film cut to the shape — no background, no ink, nothing to fade. Printed stickers are full colour on white vinyl, cut round the edge.
What file do you need?
An SVG is ideal. A PNG with a transparent background, or any logo on a plain background, also works. Photos and gradients do not.
Will fine detail cut?
Anything thinner than about 1.5 mm will not weed cleanly. Bold marks work best; we check before cutting.
How do I fit a cut vinyl decal?
Clean the surface, tape the decal down on one edge, squeegee from the taped side, peel the tape slowly. Guide included.
Can you cut it for a van?
Yes — and the Van Designer does the layout for you. For a one-off logo on a door, this page is quicker.
