Questions worth asking
Will stickers damage a hard hat?
Not with the vinyl we use. Some manufacturers advise against solvent-based adhesives; ours is a standard pressure-sensitive adhesive. Check your hat maker if in doubt.
Do they stay on a curved hat?
Yes. Conformable vinyl and a laminate that flexes. Press from the centre outwards.
Can I add names or roles?
These are logo-only. For role stickers such as First Aider or Fire Marshal, or per-person names, use the ID labels designer or ask for a mockup.
Reflective or standard?
Reflective for traffic management, rail and night work. Standard for everyone else.
How many do I need?
Order for the crew plus 20 percent — hats get replaced.
